This delicious roasted broccoli has the perfect crunch!

Easy “Cheesy” Broccoli


  • 1 bag organic broccoli (12oz)
  • 2 tbsp gluten free flour
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with olive oil.
  • Add in the flour, nutritional yeast, paprika, salt and pepper.
  • Mix until the broccoli is well coated.
  • Spread the broccoli out on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the broccoli tops get golden brown.
